EcoTree International is looking for a talented E-commerce & Marketing Support to join its intl. office in Copenhagen. The role is divided into 70% e-commerce where the primary task is customer support and optimising the website for our global audience. 30% of the role is supporting our Marketing team with various tasks.

You will be joining an international team of bright minds from varied backgrounds, who work closely together with our offices in France, to understand the needs of companies and individuals and support them in taking sustainable and impactful actions. We are an easygoing but highly motivated team, who takes great pride in delivering the best solutions to our customers and getting things done for climate and nature-positive action. Your place of work will be at our cosy office in Frederiksberg, with the occasional “office dog” visiting and team breakfast on Fridays.

Here is what your week could look like:
- You’ll be in charge of responding to important customer queries through email, chatbot, and phone - both B2B and B2C
- Creating and optimising our webshop content
- Looking into user behaviour analytics by using GA4 and Mouseflow
- Analysing data points within marketing, e-commerce and communication and discovering new opportunities
- Creating ads and campaigns for paid social platforms in collaboration with our Marketing team
- Be in charge of launching extensive B2C customer surveys and analysing the data
- Create monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with our amazing team in Paris
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients and their motivations
What do we expect from you?
- Completed studies (postgrad) in the fields of Marketing or closely related topics
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in E-commerce, customer support and/or Marketing
- An entrepreneurial mindset, open to a continuous “test & learn” methodology and with a “hands-on” attitude focused on execution
- Excellent written and oral level in Danish and English. Skills in French and Dutch are a high plus
- The ability to give the perfect 1st impression to our customers
- Passion for the preservation of the environment and the forests, in relation to Climate Change
- An easy-going person that likes to chat with your colleagues and grab a Friday beer with the team
