About the role
  • Regular market trend, growth and benchmark analysis; identification of growth areas for Siemens Xcelerator
  • Enhancement of the global positioning and marketing strategy
  • Requirement setting for Xcelerator elements portfolio, partner ecosystem & marketplace
  • Development of future activation, projects and initiatives for Siemens Xcelerator
  • Evaluation of Xcelerator projects and initiatives
  • Effective cross-functional stakeholder and participant management of strategic projects
  • Strong collaboration and alignment of planned activities with the workstreams, divisions and regions
  • Strong collaboration with all workstreams teams through input of outside-in (e.g. customer/partner/analysts) insights
  • Participation at relevant exhibitions and congresses

Your profile

  • Bachelor University degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Development
  • 3-5 years of Business experience in Service / Solution division of a major industry player
  • Proven working experience in an international environment
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, proven PMO abilities
  • Knowledge in marketing strategies, channels and branding
  • Extensive knowledge of lateral (non-disciplinary) steering across all hierarchies
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and in writing)
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, Self reliance and a Strong strategic mindset
  • Very good communication skills and collaboration abilities
  • Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
  • High degree of flexibility and engagement
