Key responsibilities

As a student assistant you will be part of a small team enabling Corporate Platform, which covers multiple other platforms such as Finance, People, Fleet, etc. We are a fast-growing team with more than 500 colleagues.

The student position which you will be overtaking is currently a master student from CBS studying Business communication and Brand management

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Help the teams tell engaging stories about the great this they accomplish for our customers and how they do it an engaging and collaborative way, utilizing modern technologies.

• Interview colleagues in the various teams, helping them communicate their complex work in a simple, engaging, and easy to understand way.

• Develop and maintain our key communication channels in SharePoint and Teams

• Supporting in other various ad-hoc tasks such as making presentations, booking and planning events, etc.

We are looking for

• You study journalism, business communication or similar. You have 2+ years remaining before graduating with a master’s degree.

• You absolutely love to write, and you don’t mind working on multiple stories at a time

• You are good at listening to people and helping them tell their story

• You have great presentation skills and are proactive

• You are a creative problem solver and have high learning agility

• You are approachable, service-minded and proactive in ensuring that we meet the right outcome.

• You communicate clearly and fluently in written and spoken English.

• Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and other communication tools is an advantage.
