Do you have a passion for writing, visual communication, events, and Social Media? If yes, then this Communication Student Assistant position at TotalEnergies in Copenhagen might be your match!
We offer
You will kick-start your career in a highly skilled, dynamic, and international working environment. You will be given the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into play while being able to develop and learn from experienced team members. You will be involved in the everyday life of a busy Communications team and help execute on the variety of tasks and projects with various stakeholders.
Potentially, you have the opportunity to gain further insight to our business as an intern or in connection with your Bachelor or Master Thesis. Working hours will be approximately 15-20 per week, with great flexibility in the planning especially around exam periods.
You will be part of our Student Network where dedicated Student Assistants get together to boost personal and professional development as well as attending social events.
You will be reporting to our Communications Partner in the External Communications & CSR team. The team is part of the wider Danish Communications department which totals 12 dedicated colleagues which are divided between workplaces in Copenhagen and Esbjerg. The department is internationally diverse with six different nationalities, and we provide a healthy and flexible working environment.
Your new workplace is our Copenhagen Office at Østerbro, 10 minutes’ walk from Nordhavn Station.
Your focus areas
As Student Assistant you will have the opportunity to support our Communications & CSR team in delivering an ambitious and busy communication agenda that supports TotalEnergies exciting transformation to become a multi-energy company and a leading player within the energy transition.

- Mange our digital media assets and support on video and photo projects
- Drive our Social Media content pipeline and Ads
- Support our media and Social Media monitoring
- Manage invoicing and finances for the Communications department
- Administrate communication planning and team meetings
- Ad hoc contribution to tasks and projects, including campaigns, articles, events, sponsorships, and brand merchandise
