You’re invited to help us increase and professionalise our global efforts to enable, engage and motivate current and future colleagues at all levels to live Ramboll’s strategy and culture. Last year, we announced our new Ramboll Group strategy The Partner for Sustainable Change. The strategy comes with a strong focus on sustainability and our people and culture. In fact, the people agenda in Ramboll has never been more important. We are successfully growing our business, and we need to retain and develop our current 17,500 talents globally and attract even more talent to be able to help our clients’ transition to a sustainable future. We are therefore looking for two Senior Advisors with strong experience and proven track record within strategy and/or leadership communication who can help us drive the communication related to implementing our strategy and enable our leaders to do so, together with colleagues globally. You will join our Global Internal & People Communications team As our new Communications Advisors, you will be part of our Global Internal & People Communications team working closely together with the Group Executive Board, HR and with Strategy functions. The team is new in its current form, which makes it an exciting time to join us. We are 10+ colleagues who are highly specialised in internal communications, leadership communications, change management, employee advocacy and employer branding. Our team is part of a large global Marketing, Communications and Client& Sales function in Ramboll with further close to a hundred colleagues worldwide across Ramboll’s 35 locations. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include: Be a key driver in aligning Ramboll’s internal communication to our Group strategic agenda Develop creative communication concepts that engage internal audiences Shape and drive prioritised core communication processes Be responsible for internal communication initiatives at global level Be advisor and sparring partner to our senior leadership Accelerate leadership communication by building competencies and engaging leaders in strategic communication From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow within the company. For these roles, your starting point could be: Experienced communications professionals with a broad skill set in internal communication at strategic and tactical level Experience with developing, managing and executing larger communication projects Practise in change management communication of strategic transformations Specialised in leadership communication and capability building Strong stakeholder management capabilities Strongexperience with corporate communication, preferably internal communication in a large international organisation Excellent writing skills in English (master’s degree in English, copywriter, or journalist) Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role: You have a strategic understanding, are creative, a highly effective doer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are independent, structured, and thrive in an ambitious and global environment. Above all, you care about your colleagues and are fun to work with. It is full-time positions working out of Ramboll’s Head Office in Ørestaden, close to Copenhagen, Denmark. You will report to Mette Krogh, Global Director, Internal & People Communications.
