The position As Communication Partner, your role will be to support management teams and colleagues at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, who cover the full business portfolio from Research & Development to Sales & Marketing, on organisational, strategic as well as hands-on level. You will have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal/external communication. In this role, you will advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities, and drive communication planning in relation to cross-organisational projects, events and changes. This can be anything from the initial strategy and planning to the production of the final communication solution and can involve compelling slide decks, videos, websites, articles or an engaging event. With reference to the head of People & Organisation, you will be responsible for covering the entire range of communication projects and tasks, such as:
  • employer branding
  • public affairs, media relations and social media
  • organisational communication, leadership communication and change management
  • developing and producing content for our communication channels and media such as town hall meetings, intranet, Yammer, videos and presentations
  • The tasks will be dependent on the current needs, challenges and opportunities of the business. Besides communication as a primary focus area, you will be a part of business initiatives/tasks within People & Organisation to support our organisation on an ongoing basis. Qualifications The preferred candidate has:
  • educational background within communication or journalism
  • some years’ of documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor working with internal and external communication, and experience with top management communication support
  • solid business understanding, preferably from working in a multinational pharma organisation
  • brilliant communication skills in spoken and written Danish and English
  • strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as experience with web and film production.

You are professional and dedicated by nature. You are constructive and full of initiative, and you thrive in a challenging environment with ambitious people. You can work independently and at the same time, you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results. You have excellent collaboration skills, and in your mind no assignment is too big or too small for you to take on even if it goes beyond communication. About the department The head of P&O is a part of the top management team and the team covers high quality training & development and all other P&O related matters as well as communication. As the company grows, we need to bring our communication to the next level to strengthen our ability to support the organisation internally and externally in line with the strategy in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S and the Global Communication function in Novo Nordisk A/S.
