Then we want to invite you to join ’s Corporate Communication & Sustainability department at our Danish HQ in Greater Copenhagen, where we handle internal and external corporate communication and sustainability activities for the Group.
As an internal and external communication advisor you will get tasks that offer a high degree of development and exposure to executive management.
We are hiring for a temporary position – initially one year – to cover for parental leave.
A pivotal part of our corporate communication team
In your new job, you can look forward to working alongside 14 great colleagues in the department with three teams. We are situated close to ’s top management, in a low-hierarchical organisation with a constant flow of new development opportunities – personal as well as professional. We promise it will be fun and extremely engaging to go to work.
You will be focusing mainly on handling sustainability communication (internal and external), media requests and social media opportunities. For the first period of the temporary position, you will primarily be handling sustainability communication, handed over by our senior sustainability communication advisor, and meanwhile you will be supporting our external communication manager to get a smooth transition into media relations tasks.
The working days will be very diverse and to a large extent defined by ongoing projects in the Group where you will collaborate closely with our own team of communication advisors, graphic designers and sustainability specialists.
You are skilled in planning, production and execution of communication efforts with some experience in communicating sustainability, as well as media relations and social media efforts. But mostly, we want you to be interested in and keen on learning. Summed up, you will be focusing on these main areas:

You like to stay updated on the latest developments and trends, to conceive new ideas within your field of expertise and to share your knowledge and thoughts. In order to be a good fit, we expect you to have a degree in Communication, PR, Business Studies, Journalism or related fields, and some practical experience working with corporate communication in a company or at an agency.
You are fluent in English, and we need you to be able to familiarise yourself with Danish.

General tasks
- Develop and push ’s sustainability core story internally and externally through corporate communication activities, and act as a communication advisor for the organisation
- Support our external communication manager with media and social media relations
- Produce and deliver content through various channels
- Coordinate the prioritisation of ’s external communication on various platforms with other communication activities
Responsibilities and deliveries
- Support the development of an integrated annual report and advise on how to communicate Group targets, efforts and results
- Advise on communication of a supplier engagement programme and support environmental sustainability initiatives, such as energy consumption and behaviour
- Support William Foundation with its communication, especially in relation to their annual report
- Handle incoming media enquiries, plan interviews for financial announcements and proactively push stories to relevant media
- Support spokespersons with speaking notes, message training and QA-sessions
- Create and plan social media content for selected social media channels
- Support production of our communication report, the quarterly work with measurement and analysis of communication activities on various platforms
- Write news stories for website
