Lead Principal Consultant (PAS-X)

To further strengthen our global MES Powerhouse, we are looking for Principal Pas-X Lead Consultant with a background in the life sciences industry.

NNIT’s Manufacturing & Supply Chain team is a fast-growing business area where we are applying latest technologies to improve pharmaceutical production processes. Our international team of MES consultants works on local as a well as on global MES programs with the mission to improve manufacturing process by digitalization.

Your responsibilities:

You will join our European MES team as a Principal Pas-X Lead Consultant. Depending on your experience you will be strongly involved in the analysis of current manufacturing processes and transform them into digitalized processes, i.e. planning and scoping large MES roll-outs, supporting multiple PAS-X MBR development teams and identifying synergies and putting standardization of MBRs together across API facilities.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Degree (or similar) in IT, Engineering or Science
• Experience MES Roll-outs
• Familiar with Werum PAS-X (Ideally +10 years of experience)
• Sound understanding of life sciences production modalities
• Excellent technical understanding of IT/OT manufacturing architecture, especially integration of MES with ERP (SAP) and level 2 automation systems
• Experience and ability to lead complex MES projects / programs
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing / Six Sigma tools
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels
• Good and active listener
• Well organized and well structured

Fluency in oral and written English is a must. A second language (German, Danish, Italian, Spanish or French) is desired.

Travel must be expected, but will be kept to necessary business trips.

Location:

The project location will be in the Greater Copenhagen Area with the possibility for remote work a couple of times per week. It can be expected that you could be assigned to European based projects based on our portfolio
