You will lead the implementation of projects across the ETRM, Tech and DC value chain by applying relevant project and change management methodologies.Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:

facilitate workshops and meetings with the purpose of ensuring an open and honest dialogue and aligning the project group around a common goal

In the team, we ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of complex digitalisation projects across the DC value chain. We are responsible for turning innovative business ideas into concrete solutions that support our corporate strategy and digitalisation journey in the best possible way. Working across the full DC value chain, the team plays a key role in understanding the commercial rationale and defining the best-fit implementation plan given the context and requirements.In this role you will be joining a diverse team of five implementation consultants. You will experience a motivated and innovative team, working together on complex projects. Our ability to align a multitude of different stakeholders around a common objective is what makes us a great team, and we all agree that the only way to achieve our goals is through teamwork and solid collaboration with our stakeholders.Overall, your main responsibility will be to lead the implementation of product-related projects and take ownership of driving key deliverables to the finish line. No matter the assignment, it is important that you are curious about the energy markets and able to ‘stand in the storm’ between different stakeholder opinions.Furthermore, we imagine that you:

have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position (for example project manager or consultant)

have a solid business acumen and are able to navigate seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels

have great project management skills and experience with facilitating workshops and interviews and driving out use cases and requirements

have experience with gathering data from different sources (for instance SQL) and structuring it for fact-based decision making

are proficient in English – both written and verbal
