As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be a key player in our SuccessFactors team, contributing your deep knowledge and experience to drive excellence in our HR domain.
You will participate in projects and utilize your system expertise to develop effective standard solutions that align with business requirements and HR strategy.

As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be a key player in our SuccessFactors team, contributing your deep knowledge and experience to drive excellence in our HR domain.
You will participate in projects and utilize your system expertise to develop effective standard solutions that align with business requirements and HR strategy.
Your main tasks will include:
- Lead the rollout of SuccessFactors modules to subsidiaries and new acquisitions, orchestrating a smooth transition and effective implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal customers to gather their requirements and create blueprints that set the foundation for successful HR solutions.
- Take charge of testing processes, executing tests, and providing vital support to business superusers during testing phases.
- Provide unwavering support to our internal customers, ensuring a seamless experience while adhering to our ITSM flow.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Business superusers, empowering them to leverage SuccessFactors effectively.
- Engage in scoping, estimation, and execution of change requests, driving continuous improvement in our HR solutions.
- Align with the HR strategy, integrating your expertise to support and enhance our strategic goals.
- Uphold governance standards for our HR solutions, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
We hope you recognize most parts of our below wish list:
- Possess a professional certification in SuccessFactors, specializing in the following modules: Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting and Onboarding
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules incl. configuration, implementation, and support
- Good knowledge of HR processes
- A minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and providing support for SuccessFactors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects activities and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently, and as well in a department- and project team environment.
