The Position
At Omada, the role of an Associate Consultant is your ticket to an international team of highly skilled experts in Identity Governance and Administration. Every day, you'll be honing your skills by implementing our solutions, starting with a comprehensive graduate program within the Consulting practice and receiving unwavering support from your team and cross-departmental colleagues. As an Omadian, cultivating strong client relationships and developing creative strategies that enhance our services is deeply ingrained in our culture.
Depending on project requirements, you could find yourself working on-site at our clients' offices, or at our bustling Copenhagen headquarters.
Your Team
- Your team at Omada is a diverse bunch, with expertise at different consultancy levels and backgrounds, all eager to help you integrate into the Omadian culture. Our ambition has no limits, and our blend of like-minded individuals, along with our innovative solutions, is what sets us apart.
- You'll have an experienced mentor by your side throughout your first year, guiding you through tasks and answering all your questions.
- We're all about creating value, so you'll dive into an intensive training camp alongside other new recruits, partners, and customers.
- We host weekly team meetings to align our activities, plus several social events, Friday bar, team activities, and company-wide events.
- We take our coffee seriously, and it's on the house. Lunch, beverages, and Friday breakfasts are all covered. You will be provided with a laptop, a phone, a workstation with all required equipment, and our spacious open office environment, featuring three inviting terraces, is where your creativity can thrive.
You
- You hold EU/EEA citizenship or a permanent residence status in Denmark.
- You have a minimum C1 CEFR level in both English and German.
- You are passionate about IT and have a knack for quickly grasping new software, tools, and technical concepts.
- You have completed your MSc in the last two years or your graduation is imminent in fields requiring logical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving making you the perfect fit, such as IT, economics, finance, science, or engineering.
- You're methodical in problem analysis and excel in conveying complex ideas in clear and engaging formats. Leading discussions among people from diverse cultures is your forte, and teamwork is where you shine.
- You have an innate ability to translate knowledge into innovative problem-solving techniques, can handle extensive data, and spot patterns with ease. Outstanding communication skills, a proactive nature, and a customer-centric mindset are your hallmarks.
