The position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, and you will join our department, Strategy Development, which is part of Corporate Strategy (CS). The team oversees setting the overall strategic direction for the company, and designs and monitors the transformation of bec in close collaboration with the Executive Team.

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will be key in driving our most significant strategic projects, and you will have a highly visible role in the organization as well as towards the Executive Team. At bec, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days. Your direct manager will be, Nicolai Finmann Munk.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

  • Scoping and driving our high impact strategic and transformational projects end-to-end.

  • Engaging with the organization (across organizational levels) to ensure we maximize our impact or probability of success of our initiatives.

  • Generating ideas and problem solving in close collaboration with stakeholders in the bec community.


  • Conducting interviews, analyzing data and structuring presentations for decision making.

  • Sparring and mentoring with peers and colleagues in the CS community.

  • Ad hoc thought partnering with the bec and CS leadership teams.


To succeed you will have:

  • A proven track record with driving strategic and transformational projects.


  • Solid stakeholder management skills, including strong communication skills and the ability to engage in dialogue and strategic direction-setting with senior management teams.

  • A high level of personal drive, and the ability to proactively drive execution of our initiatives.

  • An understanding of the consequences of delivering in a community setting and an ability to navigate and thrive in this environment.

  • A background in a top consulting firm will be considered a major plus.

  • Experience from either the financial services industry or within IT – or both.
