With a direct reference to the Head of Global System Operation, you will become part of our Global Operation and Engineering team, who is responsible for daily operations and the deployment of meters, networks, systems, and solutions. The team consists of an Energy Advisor, Engineers, meter-, network-, and data experts who are responsible for assisting our customers in accordance with products and customer agreements. Together, we strive to provide excellent customer experiences and to be one step ahead of our competitors.
A job focused on creating change in the green transition within the energy sector
In the position as Energy Consultant, you will play an important role and work together with both Internal and external stakeholders, ensuring optimization and energy efficiency within the area of district heating. You will do that by helping our heat utility customers with their green transition by reducing the return temperature from consumers through our intelligent metering and software solutions, and direct communication with consumers.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an Energy Consultant with a strong interest in technology and a commitment to explore the green transition opportunities of District Heating coupled with a motivation to specialize in this area. Ideally, you possess an educational background in energy or environmental technology. Alternatively, you have a minimum of two years of practical experience in plumbing, energy specialization, or a related technical field. Documented expertise in district heating, heating systems, or energy consultancy will be considered an advantage. Whether you have prior experience in a similar role or recently graduated is not essential; however, a solid technical foundation is a requirement to succeed.
As a person, you thrive in a collaborative environment and therefore enjoy creating results together with your colleagues where communication and interpersonal skills are key. Your outgoing nature enables you to deliver excellent service, enabling you to effectively convey data, and provide support to consumers with limited knowledge of heat installations. With your structured and analytic approach to your work, you can work with different tasks while having an eye for deadlines and quality.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.

- Monitoring and analyzing our customers’ district heat distribution system and identifying installations that do not meet the requirements for return flow temperature and informing the consumer directly
- Answering incoming calls from consumers who are seeking advice on energy efficiency
- Ensuring that the users are helped appropriately in order to encourage them to choose sustainable energy solutions
- Collaborating with our dedicated Energy Advisor and service development team in Kamstrup, assisting them in further developing and improving the service business.
