With direct reference to our Head of Brand & Creative, you will join our Marketing department consisting of more than 30 dedicated, skilled, and diverse professionals collaborating across various countries from our headquarters and global offices. Specifically, you'll be integrated into a dynamic creative team of five members. This team plays a crucial role in supporting our business areas in reaching their goals by growing the brand through customer-centric marketing strategies, value-driven market communications, and innovative digital learning initiatives.
A job with focus on creating great video content
You will be responsible for planning, scripting, filming, and editing videos for different platforms and audiences, which capture and convey the brand value in an engaging way. You will manage all aspects of the process from start to finish, including the creative direction, set a budget, write scripts, organize logistics, involve, and communicate with the relevant colleagues and partners each step of the way.
More specifically, you will:
In the job, you can expect approximately 15-20 travel days per year.
Personality matters
We are looking for a creative, and commercial-minded Video Producer with a well-equipped toolbox. You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in arts, Multimedia & Design, Film and Media Production or related education combined with 4 years of experience with video production end-to-end. Furthermore, you are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software as well as experience with Adobe Photoshop, or similar. Additionally, experience with drones is seen as an advantage.
As a person, you are curious and use this curiosity to understand and portray the brand you are working with. This curiosity is furthermore the fuel that drives you to always apply new technologies and approaches, allowing you to constantly advance yourself and your competencies. You get energy from interacting with many different people, and always adapt your approach towards the situation, whether it is with your colleagues or our customers. You have a natural overview of your tasks and easily manage several projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment with variating tasks.
It is a requirement that you master English on a high level, both orally and written.

- Manage the entire video production process, including pre-production, filming, post-production, and distribution
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards and scripts
- Edit all video content to ensure that video content is on brand and meets our high standards
- Brief and work with 3rd party vendors for various multimedia projects.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of video content to continually improve future projects
