What are we looking for?
Scandinavian Tobacco Group is looking for a Customer Service Employee for the Export team specifically for our Middle East and Asia region. We are located in Assens, and we have two team members located in the Netherlands. As a Customer Service Export Employee, you are the one point of contact for our customers, sales representative for that region, as well as for the organization on matters for the region.
Together with your colleagues, you take care of the entire ordering process; process incoming orders received from customer. In this function, it is important to be able to switch quickly as you will be met with tasks of very different nature. We are looking for a result-oriented candidate who is excel in structuring the workday. Our team consists of colleagues with deep knowledge of the business, and we (Customer Service Export) pull as a group, we support each other on daily matters, and we are ONE team.

Your main tasks are:
- Processing orders received from the customer
- Following up on orders; have weekly meetings with Sales Representative & Customers on how orders are progressing, and provide necessary feedback if any support is needed from management
- Liaising with our customs & transportation departments on sending out goods to our customers
- Ensuring that complaints are handled in a timely manner
- Issuing credit notes if needed
- Ensuring that customers send tax stamps for goods
- Handling documents on shipments
- Updating prices on goods in the ERP system
What do you need to be successful in this position?
You are a customer- and service oriented individual. You are brilliant at organizing and structuring your-day-to-day routines. We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- full time employment 37 hours per week
- You have a high school level diploma
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position in a commercial organization
- You have knowledge of the entire MS Office package
- You have experience with processing orders in ERP systems (we are working in AX & migrating all systems to SAP S4/ Hana in the near future)
- You master the Danish and English languages both written and orally. Other languages will be welcomed
- You enjoy working in an international environment.
