We trade in lamb, beef, pork, game and poultry and we work worldwide to link our customers to our suppliers stocks and production.
Right now we are searching for an administrative addition to our Copenhagen office, to take care of back office for 1 of our teams of traders. Joining is desired latest August 2023.
As a Chief Service Coordinator, you will have opportunity for being a part of a strong sales team, with diverse tasks, days and challenges. The company is going thru and excited development right now, with big activity in a dynamic international environment.
What is the job about?
You will be handling back office tasks for an international team of management, a big variety of different challenges might occur during the day.
You will be preparing and facilitating risk calculation meetings.
You will be preparing and facilitating weekly department meetings.
You will be in contact with all international suppliers and clients.
You will be the main link between yours and in-house departments, such as shipping and finance.
You will be handling pre-shipment stages of orders.
You will be handling the administrative part of the claim process.
You will be also be a part of the company’s Chief Service Coordinator team, in which you will facilitate different projects in order to continuously improve the procedures in the company.
You will be doing ad hoc department tasks.
You will become the departments guru when comes to companies procedures and LEAN-work style.
Your profile:
You are structured, responsible and independent.
You have a sense for details and always follow your tasks until the end.
You are firm and confident in your lien of tasks, which allows you to create a structure in your everyday tasks and being reliable for your colleagues.
You are able to be distracted at times, but still keep the focus.
You are able to spin many balls the same time.
You can keep a cool head when the being time pressured at times.
You are able to focus on the bigger goals and follow those in everyday work.
You are familiar with Outlook and the standard Microsoft packaging, bonus if you know Navision.
You can speak/write English, all other languages are a huge bonus.
You are a social person, who is not afraid of talking to new people every day.
Relevant education and experience is a priority!
