About FLC Village
FLC Village accommodates our many tunnel construction employees. We are responsible for laundry, PPE handout, bus operation, cleaning, and catering. We have more than 30.000 m2 under roof, consisting of accommodation, canteens, fitness, kitchen, cinema, game rooms and storage areas.
In the summer of 2023 FLC Village will have 1344 rooms, which will make us Denmark's largest hotel operation.
Background for the position:
We have up to 1344 employees of different nationalities, and we believe that the way to achieve satisfaction of living in Village, is through an effective and respectful communication. Not all employees speak English, which is why we need coordinators to help us translate, be visible and having a good interaction with our employees living in the Village.
Your most important task, is to ensure that all employees in the Village, have a sufficient knowledge and understanding on what Village offers and how to comply with the rules of living in Village.

Working hours is between 07.00-19.00 and every other weekend.
The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven), pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement.

Responsibility and (working) tasks:
- Repairing of defects, deficiencies, and damages
- Coordination and quality control of external craftsmen
- Daily quality control of catering, housekeeping, and facility services in general
- Lighter handyman tasks and internal transport
- Ensure compliance with our house rules and other information’s to our employees and subcontractors living in Village.
- Lighter translation task from English to Polish and from Polish to English
- Coordination of handout and the laundry operation of PPE (personal protection equipment)
- Written and verbal communication with our employees
- Report violations of rules and participate for translation, in meetings hereof.
Qualifications and education:
Your Educational background can be from craft professions, communication, service, or hotel industry.
- Language: English and Polish – Written and verbal. Danish would be an advantage.
Personal:
- Flexible and high ambitions of providing excellent guest service. Presentable, confident approach, openminded, a team player, and a problem solver.
- Capable communicator with an empathic and professional approach to colleagues and guest
- Good physique, considering you can expect an average of 10.000 steps a day.
- Open for to new tasks, takes initiative and a high level of energy.
