How’s a CC agent’s workday?
You will work in the Nordic customer support team at Online Casino/Sportsbook/Poker sites and handle incoming e-mails and live chats from the customers. Your personality is important, and it is appreciated with a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with the players. The site is supposed to feel like a second living room.
The company encourages knowledge development and product insight, where every employee gets involved in the operational part of the business. As a result, everyone feels responsible and help each other achieve the overall goals.
Who’s our new CS Specialist?
You who have been working with customer support and service will handle this job just fine. The most important part, however, is your Danish language skills and sense for details. If your ambitions are to stay in Malta for a long time and make a career in the iGaming business, you are probably the one we are looking for!
A customer-focused attitude and a view that the customers shall be answered fast, personal, and informative will lead you to success within the organization.
