Warehouse Worker – Flexible shift including weekends

Our warehouse operation is growing fast, and until we are finished moving in to our new warehouse in Hedensted in the end of 2023, we would like to run our production in the weekends as well. The conditions of these shifts follows §1A in our collective agreement with 3F.

We are right now looking to fill a limited number of positions in our Transport and Outbound departments. For the Transport department, a valid Reach Truck license is a prerequisite.

Our goal is to keep our processes as efficient as possible while keeping a high-quality standard. At the same time, we want to make sure, that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel valued.

Practical information about the flexible shift:

• You will work 37 hours divided on 4 days a week. Each day will be 9.25 hours excl. 30 minutes self-paid break.
• Your schedule will be planned minimum 4 weeks at the time, and you will know your schedule at least 14 days in advance.
• You will work 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• You will either work day shifts 07:00 – 16:45 o’clock or night shifts: Weekdays: 23:00-08:45 o’clock, Friday/Saturday: 22:00-07:45 o’clock and Saturday/Sunday: 23:00-08:45 o’clock.

Your daily tasks will be:
The primary responsibility involves operating a reach truck within the warehouse, with a primary focus on replenishment and pallet movement for warehouse maintenance. However, we are also open to candidates interested in contributing to various departments. In your application, please specify the department you envision yourself in if you don't possess a truck license or the necessary experience. We are actively seeking individuals for outbound positions as well.

Place of employment:
You will be working at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved. When we shut down the temporary flexible shift, you will be offered to move to either day, evening or night shifts during Monday to Friday.
