Maternity cover – Cultural Manager, [xxxxx] Warehouse

We are searching for a maternity cover for the manager of our People and Culture department at NORMAL Warehouse. The position will be time limited with an end date at 30th of November 2024.

At our warehouse our main task is to ensure, that NORMALs more than 585 stores across markets receive our products in an organized and efficient manner. Our People and Culture department supports all over 700 employees’ journey at the warehouse by ensuring a good working environment and a strong culture.

At the moment the department consists of 3 full-time employees, who mainly work with the following areas:

• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Internal communication
• Courses and development
• Aligning procedures and everyday behavior
• Administrative tasks related to our employees

As the manager of the department your most important area of responsibility will be to ensure, that the employees working at NORMAL warehouse feel supported, involved, and valued, and that your team is able to perform their tasks to the best of their ability.

Our group of employees consists of more then 45 different nationalities. You must have a humble approach to leadership and people in general to be a valuable part of our culture.

You will also have a central role in our work environment organization, where you will be one of our working environment leaders who work together with work environment representatives to ensure a safe work environment.

Place of employment:
We are in the process of moving to our new logistics center in Hedensted, while we are simultaneously ensuring production at our current warehouse north of Horsens. You will be working in both locations during this fixed term employment.
