Within this Team lead position you will report directly to the operational manager of the site.

What will you be doing?

As a team lead you will carry out warehouse operator tasks and duties as per area of responsibility, leading and training your coworkers and team to the best of your ability in line with our operation on site, the Maersk values.

· Ensure your area is operating within our guidelines, SOPs and within our Operational model of excellence.

· Taking actively part in the daily operation in the warehouse and area

· Ensure company guidelines and operating procedures are always followed.

Who are we looking for?

• You are a natural leader
• You can identify yourself with the Maersk values
• Certified counterbalance forklift truck drivers
• Manual handling experience from warehouse and cargo terminals
• Good communication skills – verbal and written, in both Danish and English
• No criminal records (due to site security level)
• Strong team player with an open mindset
• Experience working with Lean and 5S
