About he job
The warehouse job at AGC Biologics is a slightly different warehouse job, where you work in a GMP environment and where you work gowned in work suit in the weighing room the main part of the time (class D clean room).
You support Manufacturing by weighing different types of raw materials that the factory uses to produce medicine on a daily basis.
To ensure that equipment and products are 100% clean, a lot of time is spent on cleaning, which constitutes a significant part of the work. There are general warehouse tasks with handling and placing of goods, and some of the goods weigh 12-20 kg and must be moved manually.
Many documents must be filled in during a working day and many checks are made on the work done – so the key to this job is accountability and precision.
As the demand looks now, this position is for our evening shift where the shift is from 14:00 – 22:00. 1 working weekend every 3 weeks 10:00-18:00.
For the first 3 months, you will be on the day shift 8:00 – 16:00, you will after full training move to the evening shift and work on together in teams (2/2).
The average weekly working time will be 37 hours per week over 3 weeks. We work 365 days a year and therefore also work on public holidays. Start-up will be in the 4th quarter - and we are happy to wait for the right candidate.
About the team you work in
The team consists of 15 colleagues, an operations coordinator, and a team leader - we function like a small family in our team - we have a strong team and respect each other's weaknesses and strengths.
Your colleagues are fun and entertaining and love good humor, in addition they are happy with cake, food, social events, shared experiences and fun. You will get a personal mentor and most training takes place as side by side training.
We are building a new factory on the ground behind the current facility which will open in 2024. Therefor the team are also supporting some of the tasks and coordination regarding the new weighing room. When the factory opens, the team will take care of two weighing rooms in 2 different buildings in 2024. This will be an incredibly exciting journey that you have a change to be a part of.
About you
- Your personality is the most important thing and counts more than your experience. We look for a person, who will fit into our little family.
- Your degree of detail must be good, and you must be thorough.
- A big part of the job is cleaning, so you have to be in front and a good rolemodel when performing cleaning.
- You have a good "go do" attitude, and do not need others to get you started on routine tasks
- Be physically fit and stay active. (Heavy lifting occurs) - you have to work fast but very slow, due to the quality of the work.
- You must know Microsoft Office as a minimum, not be afraid to learn new systems
- Service minded and happy to help and assist others - be patient
- High work ethic - motivated, proactive, and good team player
- If you have a truck certificate and driver license it is great, but it is not a requirement.
Language
- You speak, write neatly and legibly, and read Danish fluently.
- You speak, write and read English, as all our procedures are in English, and our documents are completed in English.
