Ambitious and goal-oriented farmer for GreenPeas A/S

The Danish agricultural company, GreenPeas A/S is looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented farmer to take care of the production of fresh hand-picked peas in Portugal.

The farmer will be responsible for the subsidiary production company in Portugal in coordination with the main company in Denmark and the productions in other European countries.

Your primary areas of work as a farmer will be to:

• Focus on the daily operation of the pea production, planning of production and cultivation processes.
• Make contracts with farmers.
• Manage cultivation and harvesting processes.
• Set ongoing goals for production.
• Participate in the overall planning.
• Create work processes.
• Be part of the team and be part of the work plan as needed.

Your profile:

• You have great commitment and drive.
• You have both the ability and the desire to lead others.
• You have an education or experience as a farmer, production manager, or similar.
• You have flair for management and the financial segment.
• You constantly focus on your and the team's common goal.
• You are motivated to achieve the set goals and you are persistent in relation to these.
• You can identify new opportunities.
• You are proactive.
• You aim for progress and results.

• You can work independently and take responsibility.
• You are practical going but also strategic.

Location: Vila Nova De Milfontes, Odemira, Portugal.

Gros salary: Between 1500 – 3000 euros per month depending on the value you are able to create.

Job starts: As soon as possible.
