Premium Porc Group, one of the largest pig producers in Romania, is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Farm Manager to manage a wean-to-finish farms housing 25.000 pigs in central Romania, close to Sibiu town.

- Do you manage people and do you speak Romanian?

Main functions and responsibilities
- Manage the production activities inside the farm to ensure achievement of production targets;
- Coordinate and manage the team of workers;
- Work closely with workers and train them on the job to ensure activities are performed properly and according to SOP;
- Optimize overall farm activities;
- Responsible for the overall farm biosecurity program;
- Implement the Standard Operating Procedure and make sure it’s followed on daily basis;
Requirements
- +5 years relevant experience running a slaughterpigs farm with proven high-level production results;
- Experience managing workers; willing to lead by example, work hard and show the way forward;
- Very ambitious individual with strong desire to continuously improve and achieve high level production results;
- Open-minded with good communication skills;
- Structured approach, know how to prioritize while managing multiple balls in the air;
- Fluent in Romanian with good english skills;
- Knowledge of Cloudfarms and Microsoft Office package.
