Job Description

Nexgen A/S is providing Fiber Optical products for Telecom-, Datacom- and Mobile networks specializing in Transceivers, WDMs and Cable products. We do in-house design and cooperate with the world’s strongest assembly lines and are selling our products all over Europe and Americas,

Nexgen is a small and fast-growing company, and we are now looking to hire a Logistic and Production manager to our site in Allerød, Denmark.

Your tasks will include:

  • Organize and manage logistical flows.
  • Inventory management.
  • Coordinator between logistics, productions, and sales
  • Responsible for monitoring of the IQC/OQC processes.
  • Responsible for operations such as labeling, coding, packaging, shipping.
  • Develop and maintain standard procedures for logistic tasks
  • Ad. Hoc support tasks for various internal departments

Desired profile (knowledge, skills, experience)

  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience in production and/or logistic environment.
  • Knowledge of fiber optical products such as Optical Transceivers, MUX/DEMUXs, Amplifiers etc would be an asset.
  • English language, spoken and written; Other languages will be considered as an advantage
  • You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel), and ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
  • You are used to work with deadlines and you have a positive attitude – also during busy periods
  • You have a structured and service minded approach in your work and have high skills in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders, also internationally
  • You are creative, flexible, and autonomous.
