LS Intertank provides full-service transport solutions for liquid goods, and we are currently leaders in our field. Our headquarter is in Taulov, from where we are managing approximately 350 employed drivers who work on a rotating basis. We are currently seeking a highly organized and analytical Resource Planner to join our HR-team. As a Resource Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of our drivers, who work in various shift patterns with weeks on duty followed by weeks off.

About the job:
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytical skills to plan and allocate the appropriate number of drivers based on the expected level of activity for our fleet in the upcoming week
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the driver scheduling plan, adjusting and modifications as necessary, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to driver scheduling and resource allocation for performance evaluation and improvement
Daily tasks in short:
- Handle the resource planning for our approximately 350 drivers
- Follow up on weekly capacity and updating our resource system in Excel
- Overview and plan the driver schedule (sickness leaves, holidays, etc.)
- Communicate daily with our drivers face-to-face, by phone, mail and text messages
- Closely cooperate with the dispatching team
- Handling documents related to the driver’s employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit
- Administrative tasks, such as ordering ferry tickets, handle evaluations etc.
- Front desk service to drivers
Your skills:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short-term planning horizons, where schedules may change frequently.

Key skills:
- Polish or Slovakian speaking in addition also English
- Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to make quick decisions based on available information and optimize resource allocation
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines
