Short Description
SAS Supply Chain in Copenhagen is part of SAS overall maintenance Production and is divided into 2 areas: Hangar Service Center and Workshops.
The main purpose of Hangar service Center is to support maintenance production in material, tool and logistic handling, including store keeping, receiving/acceptance of components and transport.
Main purpose for workshops is to secure that component maintenance are performed according to capability list and process described ref MOE.
The departments currently consist of 38 employees in various professional groups.
We are now looking for a new Logistic & Workshop Manager that can support us in the daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on all safety and quality issues with corrective action.
- Support maintenance production with material, tool and logistic handling
- Receiving/acceptance of components acc to regulations
- Store keeping, inventory and optimization.
- Secure Lean activities (Follow, Implementation, and update)
- Secure local transport handling/ freight forwarding and custom task.
- Responsible for handling of ADR and DGR acc to regulations
- Responsible for agreed KPI´s to secure minimum AOG and maintenance to lowest possible cost.
- Perform assessment to ensure competence of applicable staff.
- Secure workshop capabilities are updated, and maintenance are performed acc. MOE
- Participate in weekly planning meeting with Camo
Experience
- Technical or logistic education is mandatory.
- SAS Leadership program
- Other equal leadership education
- 5 years within Workshop or Aircraft maintenance
- 5 years within Logistic handling and coordination
- Maintenance production environment
- People management in previous positions
- Economy/Budget
- Lean Tools
