We are looking for a Business Co-ordinator to provide Maternity Cover up to 30 April 2023. This position is based in our Silkeborg office in Denmark, but there will be an opportunity for Hybrid Working following a review period. In this role, you will work as part of a large international team and i close daily cooperation with the local Area (Sales) Manager.

Your main tasks will be:
- Supporting the Area Manager with daily coordination of orders for our key account and trading businesses, including contract management, processing orders, booking transports and liasing with customs.
- Proactively follw up with external transporters and the internal logistics team on deliveries.
- Managing customer and supplier queries relating to invoices, checking incoming supplier invoices and forwarding to accounting for booking.
- Actively reporting contract status to the Area Manager, suppliers and customers.
- Completing monthly Excel activity sheets for key account reporting.
- Working with CRM, ERP and TQM (documents management) systems.
- Responsible for the ISCC and RBS sustainability matters for coverage areas including issuing sustainable delivery notes to customers, collecting sustainable delivery notes from suppliers, correct document filing and updating ERP with sustainable information.
- Debt chasing.
- General office administration teasks such as ordering stationart, IT/office equipment, dealing with post etc.
- Adopt a LEAN mentality towards working processes and practices.
- Work as part of the wider BC Team on projects and tasks, as required.
We are looking for someone with the following experience or qualifications:
- Experience and qualifications in sales admin/ logistics/ planning or sales coordination work.
- Experience with contracts / moving products / working with customers and suppliers.
- Experience of working with an ERP system such as SAP or Navision.
- English and Danish (both written and verbal) language skills, at business level, more languages like Scandinavian or German would be a plus.

- A salary of 33.000 to 35.000 DKK per month, depending on experience.
