Your mission… As the Nordic Digital Platform Manager in the CDMO team, you are the driving force behind our platform acceleration, performance evaluation, digital services, and innovation. You are part of the Consumer Engagement team and responsible for ensuring a strong digital ecosystem and infrastructure from websites to tools, supporting all areas of the business. You are key in building performance reporting to inform data-led decisions and elevate results to the rest of the business. You are driving our digital services for the websites and responsible for launching new and innovative pilot projects to support personalization, AI, and performance topics to keep the Nordics at the forefront of digital acceleration for the Group.

You will…
PLATFORMS & WEBSITES Facilitate the ongoing management and activation of our PIMDAM solution together with key users across divisions. Key focus on optimizing ways-of-working, technical support, communication of new features and the roll-out of automatic syndication with key clients Roll-out of our new tool to measure the performance of our Digital Shelf with clients. Key contact for our analytics and tagging agency, Precis Digital, to ensure optimal spend of retainer budget across projects and sound website infrastructure Responsible for coordinating GA4 migration for our websites with Precis Digital and Global CDMO team for all Nordic brand websites. Champion of Consumer Engagement reporting tools and dashboards Function as the data privacy champion for OneTrust and Digital control

ANALYTICS & MEASUREMENT Consistent data mapping and cleansing across digital activities (CRM, Media, Websites, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking of performance and identify any potential gaps in data aggregation – together with relevant partners where necessary Ongoing dashboard development (CRM, Websites & Search) and maintenance to meet the data visibility needs as well as training in usage of dashboards Consistent performance evaluation, reporting (i.e. SQL queries for CRM) and insights development communicated in relevant forums across the organization

DIGITAL SERVICES, SUPPORT & ANIMATION Supporting the implementation of services for websites together with the global teams, ensuring tagging compliance, providing performance analysis, and driving visibility, usage, and engagement together with divisions Consistently activate the relevant tribes of specialists within the organization (E-Merch/E-Com/Websites) Drive and discuss topics in depth, address challenges, upskill, involve global teams when necessary

Your profile… Deep understanding of essential digital platforms & tools, i.e. PowerBi, Looker studio, GCP, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager etc. Strong excel skills and general SQL coding abilities is a plus Proficient in analyzing performance, developing insights and ensuring data-led decision making to consistently improve performance Ability to incorporate learnings and industry knowledge into strategic business cases Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to navigate, spar with and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
