We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Team Lead to join our team and drive our online retail operations to new heights!
As the Team Lead of E-Commerce, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our e-commerce team, responsible for our online retail operations. You will use your specialist knowledge within the field to optimize our e-commerce strategies, improve the customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

As the Team Lead of E-Commerce, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our e-commerce team, responsible for our online retail operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product management, to drive e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our e-commerce platform remains competitive.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for SEO.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the e-commerce team.
- Prepare and present reports on e-commerce performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
