About the position: Our client in the wind industry, based in 7330 Brande, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join their dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office and providing vital support to the professional team and department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage office administration to support the assigned professional team/department.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and document minutes and protocols.
- Coordinate and arrange all travel arrangements, and reconcile travel and expense reports.
- Monitor information flow, including maintaining both paper and electronic files.
- Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings.
- Aid in preparing annual budgets and conduct monthly budget activity analysis.
- Arrange, coordinate, and track deadlines according to predefined guidelines.
- Support the creation of purchase orders for catering, team building events, etc.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites.
- Place orders for IT equipment, clothing, and other supplies for the respective team.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of spoken and written English is essential. Danish language skills are advantageous.
- Proven experience in office administration and support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
