For the new established Nordic Telemecanique Sensors team, we are looking for a passionated and skilled Product Manager being responsible for Denmark and Norway. With your technical skills and commercial mindset, you are going to support customers, sales teams, channel sales and partners where the main objective will be to grow the business within sensors and safety in Denmark and Norway.

The job:
As Product Manager, you will be supporting sales in developing the full potential at the OEM segment especially within areas such as mobile equipment, material handling, packaging, pumping, lifts and escalators and hoisting. As a member of the sensor team, you will work closely together with you Nordic colleagues in the sensor business
Your main responsibility will be supporting sales in creating new possibilities within the OEM segment with the strong portfolio within sensors and safety, extend the market shares at existing customers, and make sure keeping the customers satisfied. You will also be responsible to bring our newest technologies to the market.

Key responsibilities:
To take ownership of the role as Product Manager:
- Burning for and loves your products/solutions being able to motivate the team to sell more
- Take ownership of the product lifecycles from launch to end of life time
- Supporting the line of business with product and market information
- Specialist in market intelligence when it comes to competition, products, prices etc.
- Take ownership of price structure and margins in Denmark and Norway in close collaboration with the other Product Managers in the region and top management to secure a sustain business.
- Promotion and release of new products and solutions to the teams, customers, channel sales and partners
- Responsible for marketing in Denmark and Norway, both direct and indirect.
- Participate in customer visits together with the sales team, partners and alone
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in engineering e.g., automation, or another relevant education
- Understands the sensor technology, preferable machine safety and related applications
- Not necessarily have previous experience from similar role, but the interest in doing so
- Are good at understanding of the client’s needs and good at understanding of stakeholder’s management in the sales process
- Are used to work with CRM systems and preferably SAP ERP systems
- Are fluent in both English and Danish
- Believe that the best results come with a PDCA (plan-do-check-act) approach working in a structured way.
- Ready for some travelling activities
