We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the Digital Marketing team as a Marketing project manager. To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills, preferably with experience in e-commerce and a good understanding of marketing technology.
We are a close-knit team, both within the digital marketing and the overall marketing team. You will interact with multiple stakeholders within Maersk, primarily across Marketing and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities
You are accountable for the overall project or multiple work streams, including project plan, scope, cost, work schedule, design and build as well as contractual deliverables. You carry out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of the project team. Managing project resources including subcontractors. You are also responsible for establishing effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the project plan and budget as well as providing full project reporting.
- Manage and coordinate projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules:
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
- Keep the project team focused on the end goal
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Track project performance to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term projects
- Development and improvement of procedures, processes and planning with the Digital Marketing team
We are looking for someone
- Having Min 5-7 years of experience as a digital marketing project manager
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
- Have practical experience with mar-tech, digital eco-systems, and project management software.
- Having experience with SCRUM is an advantage
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders and departments to execute digital projects.
- Ability to network and build relationships
- Positive attitude and deadline driven
