You have a crucial role in securing the successful launch of the new products that are currently in the pipeline into the global market.Other areas of responsibilities and tasks for this position include:Driving the implementation of product launches from a commercial perspective and acting as orchestrator and facilitator among the different stakeholders. Mapping the pre-launch and post-launch commercial strategy in alignment with company objectives and execute pre-launch readiness Developing relationships with all key stakeholders directly or indirectly involved in the global launch. Building up best practices for all launch-related aspects and creating transparency with standardized planning and reporting. This is a new position at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. The chosen candidate will therefore have the freedom to build up and manage the needed launch framework, creating a big impact for the team and the company.Qualifications
You have a master's degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or life sciences industry.We imagine that you will bring the following skills and qualities to the team:Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage tasks and workload. Exceptional communication skills to drive and guide the execution of the product launch strategy. Demonstrated expertise in the launch and project management, collaborating across cross-functional teams. Ability to evaluate, influence, and make alternate recommendations when needed. As a person, you are self-driven and proactive. You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager. You can engage and approach the people you work with, always striving for win-win solutions.About the department
You will be part of our Strategic Marketing team within the Sales & Marketing department. As our new Launch Manager, you will have a big impact in bringing new products to market within regenerative medicines and in the bioprocessing industry.In our team of 9 dedicated colleagues from diverse backgrounds , you will be working closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts, where together with R&D and Sales, we strive to identify trends and spot opportunities in the industry. We are responsible for setting the strategy for existing products, and setting the direction for new products to come, driving company growth, and ensuring a promising and robust pipeline.You will be reporting directly to Gemma Figueras, Head of Strategic Marketing.
