We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Communication Campaign Specialist to join our awesome communication and marketing team COMA.
The Role In this role, you will be responsible for driving integrated communication and marketing campaigns and creating compelling content to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across various channels. You will be reporting to the Head of Communication.
The COMA department consists of 11 members and is known for having a friendly yet ambitious atmosphere. You can expect an international work environment, friendly and bright colleagues, and opportunities for both personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling and targeted content for campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design briefs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Communication and internal stakeholders to develop tactical and strategic marketing and communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Drive and optimize multi-channel communication and marketing campaigns, including email, social media, website, and more, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Manage campaign timelines and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
- Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to attract and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution and delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a communication or marketing role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Passion for marketing, communication, and driving meaningful engagement with target audiences.
Practicalities The position:
- Full-time position of 37 hours/week
