Strong experience in creating and executing local marketing activation plans
To manage our marketing activities across specific markets within our International Sales team, we are searching for an experienced Marketing Lead for our Headquarter in Odense, Denmark.
As Marketing Lead, you will manage marketing activities across the following specific business areas: EUMEA region, Central and South America and Commercial Systems - which is our indoor playgrounds. You will drive marketing to and through these markets and ensure that the execution of marketing plans runs smoothly and that our KPI’s are achieved.
In your role as Marketing Lead, you will contribute to maintaining ’s position as a leading innovator within the play and fitness industry. You will focus on creating content and SoMe campaigns and execute plans. You will get great insight into understanding our products - hence translating this knowledge to presentations supporting our sales colleagues and distributors.
You will report to our Group Sales Director, RoW.
Role and Responsibilities
Further, your key tasks and responsibilities include:
Marketing Lead in an international environment
You have been working in a similar role as a Marketing Lead or Specialist in a global environment. If you have experience working within EU, MEA and/or CSA, this is an advantage.
You may have a BA/MA degree in marketing or communication. However, practical experience from similar roles is more important than a specific education.
Above all, you are systematic and structured - and great at planning and coordinating. You have excellent communication skills both written and spoken. You thrive on supporting many internal stakeholders. You are ready to deliver SoMe campaigns of high quality. And you keep being curious and interested in marketing and sales activities.
IT competences include Google Adwords, LinkedIn ads and Facebook Ads. You have knowledge of Social Media tools, preferably HootSuite and are experienced in working in SEO, SEM and CMS-systems.
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, and preferably Spanish in relation to your markets.

- Responsible for development of marketing activity plans for the respective markets in close collaboration with Regional Managers
- Operational marketing tasks: Coordinating translations, SoMe campaigns
- Execution plans for Group Marketing activities incl. posting at social media through the social media tool Hootsuite
- Marketing activities supporting sales: Sales materials, tender specification texts, presentations and work across multiple levels of an organization
- Developing marketing collaboration with Distributors
- Supporting Distributors in attending market activities like trade fairs, events, conferences, etc.
