About us
Product management at Flügger is part of the Product, Innovation & Procurement department with direct reference to the CEO. Product management is responsible for setting, developing, and managing assortments and products, that meet customer needs via strong collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Procurement and Production. Most of our assortment is produced at our own production sites in Denmark, Sweden and Poland. Our customers are professional painters and quality oriented private consumers. We sell our products via Flügger shops and whole sellers and in more than 15 markets.

Your role
As Product Manager you will be responsible for selected, strategic product categories within decorative coatings. Your roles will mainly be:
• Product category strategy and roadmap development, based on customer and market insights
• New product development, based on business justifications and business cases, and via cross-functional collaboration and project management
• Go-to-market planning and execution, including product positioning, product documentation and information, and product training
• Life cycle management, based on data, like profitability, stock turn, and customer fit.
Specific category responsibilities will depend on your competence profile.
Your profile
• We expect you to be experienced within product management from other production companies and from sales companies. Preferably, you have experience from the decorative paint industry, or other building material- or coating industries.
• You have a strong commercial mindset and business understanding, to drive your categories for profitability, for the professional painter and for Flügger. You know your numbers and have a strong analytical capabilities and drive decisions based on data and insights.
• You work structured with product portfolio management and are an experienced project manager.
• You have stamina and are eager to take lead, but you also understand the importance of strong relations and communication and that results are created through cross-functional collaboration.
• You thrive with a strong mandate and like to work empowered but you also focus on communication, knowledge sharing, and getting all on board.

The position is a full time job with a large amount of responsibility in a great team in a family owned company listed at Nasdaq Cph. Our working environment is open and joyful. We speak different Nordic languages or English at the office, and most written communication is in English.
