As our Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in building the marketing automation platform and leveraging its capabilities in collaboration with colleagues in Sales and Markets and handle our marketing efforts and increasing brand visibility through automation.

Put your mark on our future marketing strategy
Working with designers, copy writers, developers, and project managers this role is responsible for implementing good marketing initiatives through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and focus on marketing automation as a main platform for lead generation.
Your deep understanding of marketing automation will enable you to optimize our campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and generate high-quality leads.
You will work with building up email marketing programs and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements. It’s important that you understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing teams and thereby contribute to shaping our future marketing strategy and achieving our business goals.

Your educational background is not important; we are more interested in what you have done.
We expect that you have a solid marketing automation experience in an international setting, and that you are used to navigate in a complex organizational surrounding with many stakeholders.
You know your way around Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have a solid working knowledge in it. You also have a thorough understanding of marketing technology and digital marketing ecosystems and can put it into play. Finally, you have experience with lead handling and qualification.

Some of your work tasks will be to:
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, evaluate campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and implementnt enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
- Assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software, working closely with stakeholders in the different teams.
- Oversee marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and standards.
- Support essential marketing operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud such as lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
