As a Global Pricing Director, you will contribute to maximizing the value of the Novo Nordisk Rare Disease portfolio by developing globally competitive pricing and contracting strategies, evaluating lead assets in Research and Development as well as drive access input in Business Development projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Drive the pricing evaluation of new molecules and acquisitions, providing recommendations to senior management
• Lead pricing research and develop global pricing strategies for Novo Nordisk assets
• Manage analysis and drive insights about global pricing environment
• Employ advanced knowledge of key global pricing and reimbursement systems In general, decisions are complex and involve a high degree of coordination with other internal stakeholders in the HQ organization including medical affairs, global development, other parts of the commercial organization, including affiliates as well as external stakeholders for this position. Therefore, your ability to establish your network and collaborate across functions and organizations will be critical for success in this position. Qualifications
To be a great asset to our team you will have:
• A MSc degree in Business Administration, International Management, Health Policy, Health Economics, or similar field
• High calibre analytical and number skills, whilst also maintaining a commercial focus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an easily and comprehensible format for audience from different functional areas and backgrounds To enable you to successfully drive cross-functional projects in a team-oriented environment, you bring solid project management skills and describe yourself as a collaborative, team player.
