Skills
- Interest in Digital Marketing
- At least 1 year experience in sales/customer support.
- Interest of excel tool and willingness to improve your skill in it (80% of work will be planned in Excel)
- Analytical mindset and data-driven
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment;
- Technologically savvy - the ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process, policy and with;
- Clearly demonstrated passion for a culture of excellence and commitment to quality in customer service.
Knowledge of Language
- Danish language: C2+/Native
- English language: C1+/Fluent
Contract type
- Permanent contract w/ 180 days probation
Experience
- At least 12 months of experience in call center enviroment (sales or customer support)
Start dates on an ongoing basis in August and September 2022.
Salary
- For those without experience in digital marketing €19,000.00 / year gross
- With 1 year or more of experience in digital marketing £23,000.00 / year gross
- 205€ in language premium per month + Performance Bonus up to: up to 5% of base salary per month.
- Transportation allowance 60€ monthly + meal allowance of 7.63€ per working day.

- Complete relocation support + 2000€ in relocation bonus
