As Marketing and Brand Manager you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our brand strategy and marketing campaigns for Bernhoft Global Invest and its subsidiaries. This includes developing and executing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, events, social media and other relevant platforms. You will report to the CEO. The role will also include the following responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Develop and implement a brand strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and driving engagement
- Work closely with the management to develop and execute campaigns that align with the Company and its subsidiaries’ brand and business objectives.
- Manage and create content for social media channels and identify new opportunities for brand exposure and engagement across social media platforms
- Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, designers, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify new opportunities for brand exposure and engagement across various marketing channels
- Manage the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and techniques in marketing and branding and apply them to our campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing and Brand Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years post-graduate experience)
- Excellent understanding of branding and marketing principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Professional proficiency in German is considered a plus.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights from marketing metrics
- Experience in collaborating with external partners such as agencies and designers and influencers
