Job description
As a Production Worker at InnovaMar, you'll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation. You'll experience shifts alternating between day and evening, enriching your work-life balance.

Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
is bound by the collective agreement between Norwegian Seafood Federation and NNN (employee union). The salary is based on the collective agreement’s rates and local supplements and is subsequently regulated through local and central wage negotiations.
Starting salary is NOK 207,78 per hour
As part of having a stable workforce, we prefer candidates that are looking to stay long term or permanently.
Permanent contract.
