GoGift is looking for a new Chief Financial Officer
GoGift is looking for a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our management team in Copenhagen. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play an instrumental role in strategically developing GoGift alongside the management team.
As a global leader in innovative gifting, reward and incentive solutions, we are a company of 28 nationalities busy with our global expansion.
The CFO will report to the CEO of GoGift with a functional reporting line to the Nordisk Film Group CFO. Additionally, the CFO will also be part of the Nordisk Film Finance Leadership team.
In this role, you will be at the helm of our Finance team, providing unparalleled service to our business, and managing a range of diverse administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all financial budgeting, planning, and reporting within GoGift.
Lead a team of 6 employees and work closely with the internal shared service center Finance & Application Services. - Continue the development of the finance function as an efficient and qualified partner for GoGift and its owners.
- Contribute to the transformation of the company during the global rollout.
- Implement standard systems and processes to further scale the company.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls and governance is in place.
- Streamline processes and align accounting and reporting requirements.
- Manage various administrative processes such as salary approval.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and delivering accounting, reporting and financial planning.
- Previous roles such as CFO, Finance Director, or experience in a financial business partner operations model or equivalent.
- Exceptional financial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies to drive operational excellence and organic growth.
- Good understanding of financial legislation and regulation
- Fluency in English, in both written and verbal communication.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

This role requires a team player who can easily engage with individuals at all levels, thriving in an international and diverse environment filled with passionate, dedicated, and performance-oriented professionals.
You possess a genuine passion for leadership and show a commitment to developing your team and colleagues across the company. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the capacity to convey complex concepts to others clearly and effectively, as well as taking the lead in disseminating guidelines and updates to the organization.
The position requires a CFO with the ability to ensure efficient execution and collaboration on strategy with GoGift’s management team and stakeholders. Given the evolving landscape of the gifting industry, the ideal CFO should also have a keen interest in digital advancements and the ability to support the GoGift leadership team in making strategic priorities to drive success and expansion.
