takeda’s future strategy aims at becoming even more patient focused and even more data driven, and together with a very strong pipeline, this calls for extending the medical staff in DK by a highly skilled, agile, and passionate Medical Science Liaison in gastroenterology.

You will report to the Medical Director, DK, and collaborate with multiple cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders locally and in the Nordics.

You will be joining an extremely professional and experienced, yet completely redefined organization, and you will have a strong influence on your own job content.

To some extent you will be working with pipeline assets and launch products. That means taking on changing challenges, creating new partnerships, and familiarizing yourself with new scientific areas.

JOB PROFILE

Your main objectives will primarily, but not exclusively, be to:

• Establish excellent external relations based on scientific communication and bring scientific insights back to the cross-functional team
  
  
• Be therapeutic area expert, understand disease and treatment landscape and provide medical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
  
  
• Build strategic value-based partnerships with HCPs
  
  
• Advocate for patient needs and drive collaborative projects with Patient Organizations
  
  
• Contribute to New Product Planning within the Nordic and Local organization, including evidence gap analysis and patient journey mapping
  
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:

• An educational background in Life Science and experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  
  
• Experience from medical affairs or equivalent relevant field facing experience
  
  
• A good understanding of clinical development and clinical study design
  
  
• Good project management skills
  
  
• Excellent networking and engagement skills
  
  
• Fluent Danish and excellent written and spoken English
