Your new role
As HSE Director in Terma, you will be global responsible for the overall HSE activities in Terma. You will lead and facilitate development of our new HSE strategy aligned with our Executive Management and secure proper anchoring with local management across all factories and sites.

Your responsibilities:

• You and your team are responsible for facilitating the maintenance, management and development of Health, Safety and Environment in Terma
• You will drive and manage all aspects within HSE work in large scale production processes
• You will be responsible for proactively leading process improvements in safety and environmental programs
• You will continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across Terma to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE
• You will secure a high level of communication with all relevant stakeholders
• You will review existing HSE policies and practices to ensure they are updated, relevant, and effective
• You will be the daily leader of a small team of highly skilled and passionate employees

How to succeed in this position?

• You have a solid experience with HSE, preferably from a complex Manufacturing industry or organization
• You hold a MSc or BSc in Engineering or similar relevant education
• You bring relevant experience as a people leader
• You will daily be communicating with many different stakeholders including both hourly paid and top management. Therefore, you have a solid value chain understanding as well as strong stakeholder management skills
• You have an out-going, self-driven, result-oriented, and not afraid of taking a stand, always acting with a high level of integrity
• You are well-structured and able to solve complex problems without compromising quality
• You preferably have audit and certification experience within ISO 14001 and 45001
• You can facilitate change and challenge status quo
• You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
• Additional Qualifications in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma or HSE is desirable
