About the Graduate Programme

Our 12-month graduate programme offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, data & tech. You will work on real projects with real clients and learn from experienced professionals, building the skills you need to succeed in a career as a top-level strategy consultant.

The programme is individually tailored to your profile and offers four rotations in our different departments which will enable you to become an expert in our core offerings when you end up in our Client Strategy team. You will have a great level of responsibility and receive continuous feedback throughout the programme.

What makes an s360 Graduate?

We are looking for an ambitious, curious, and passionate graduate with a Master's Degree in Marketing, IT or the like, and preferred relevant experience in digital marketing or strategy from a student job or an internship.

It is important that you are analytical, process-oriented, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

What do you enjoy most about being a Graduate at s360?
“I couldn’t imagine a better or more valuable way to learn and acquire knowledge within digital marketing - and on top of that, from highly skilled specialists. I have gotten insight into numerous processes, systems and ways of working as well as insight into different industries faster than I thought possible. Moreover, I have obtained a holistic view of how the departments work together, and the programme has therefore provided me with a solid starting point to think across s360.”
