Do YOU want to work in the crossroad between security/surveillance/operations in ATEA on a global scale? We need you with interest and dedication towards security from within ONE ATEA!

Information about the vacancy
We seek YOU with in-depth knowledge about ATEA and experience with cybersecurity, and wants to work with security and customers related to our SOC+ service. YOU will work closely with all departments and customers within SOC+. Among the responsibilities would be frequent dialog and monthly reporting towards our customers, in addition to advisory and knowledge of our total service and its potential.

SDM – Service delivery manager will be part of our SOC+ service, and would include but not limited to, CSA – Customer Security Advisor contact, monthly reporting, be the go-to-person for customer and internal ATEA resources, changes, improvements++.

Relevant candidate will get AMS (ATEA Managed Services) as employer and be a part of a global team. Depending on where you live today, you probably have access and part of an existing ATEA office. This will not change, and we encourage you to be a part of our journey in SOC+ and AMS.

We think you have experience within one or more areas:

• Account manager
• Service delivery
• Security surveillance
• Service design
• Security advisory
• Cybersecurity
• AMS Knowledge

Advantage, but not a demand:

• Relevant certifications (example – CISM, CISO)

We have the following demands:

• 3 years experience within ATEA and AMS
• Higher education
• Knowledge about AMS
• Nordic citizenship
• Nordic language
