For our Data, Digital & Technology Nordic team we are looking for a new DD&T Technology Partner who will be supporting with technology expertise in deployment, development and adoption of Data and Insights systems, tools, and processes across the Nordics.

This role will be based in Denmark, Sweden, Finland or Norway, and you will be working out of our offices in either Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki or Oslo two days a week.

Your primary responsibilities will be

• Drive technical best practice across D&I team, maximizing use of existing takeda Tech stack and Tech support organizations.
  
  
• Drive implementation of new global technologies in the areas of D&I and CRM.
  
  
• Support implementation and adoption of D&I systems such as Enterprise Data Backbone, PowerBi and CRM. Support data integration and application management.
  
  
• Support implementations of new tools / platforms and enhancements to existing technology.
  
  
• Drive tool and process optimization /simplification. (e.g., through enterprise Robotic Process Automation – RPA, and Power Automate Application Development)
  
  

We are looking for your excellent understanding of how data is used in their respective sources (Veeva, Channel analytics, Sales data etc.), how the data flows into our Enterprise Data Backbone and finally is visualized in a way that guides our colleagues to take the best possible decisions.

To be successful in this role we imagine that you have

• Min. 3-5 years of experience from commercial IT/technology support in the pharma industry
  
  
• Strong experience with the Veeva ecosystem and PowerBi and sourcing data into and from data warehouses.
  
  
• In-depth understanding of the commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.
  
  
• Excellent skills in the technical implementation, integration, development and management of D&I and CRM systems.
  
  
• Fluency in English as well as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
