Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for! We want to expand our team in Helsinki with a Paid Social Specialist who can take the lead on our key clients' relevant activities.

Key responsibilities as Paid Social Specialist
You will be responsible for leading our Paid Social efforts for key clients, entailing the planning and execution of campaigns and Paid Social strategies.

Your area of responsibility will include:

  • Build, optimise and analyse Paid Social campaigns and activities based on briefs built by your clients and their overall objectives

  • Lead, consult and develop your clients Paid Social strategy across tech, creative and data-driven insights

  • Maintain relationships with your clients by upholding communication and attending client meetings

  • Utilise Smartly in order to scale, automate and optimise campaigns across key social media platforms

  • Stay up to date with new developments in your field and channel(s)

  • Work closely with our internal client teams, especially Client Strategy and Creative Performance.


Passion for social media and marketing?
We are looking for a motivated colleague who has:

  • A good understanding of social media marketing platforms, especially Meta Business Manager

  • Experience in building, optimising and analysing campaigns on Paid Social platforms

  • Experience using Smartly to power advertising on Paid Social

  • Strong strategic thinking skills

  • A proactive approach to work and curiosity to learn and develop

  • Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture that your work contributes to
