Systems Operation Specialist

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field, or relevant work experience.
• Must have experience with Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or similar roles.
• Preferably with experience in Managed IT Services, but not required.
• Must have experience working with Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, SQL, and others.
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Must have a background on Hyper-V, VMWare, and CItrix, but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft products.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

*** Experienced IT Specialist / Desktop Support/ Technical Support Roles with a minimum of 2 years will be considered and will be trained for the Role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports clients on their problems regarding technical issues. Maintains and administers clients' networked system and has the responsibility of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensures all clients' environment, especially servers, run smoothly and securely.
